Are You A Carboholic?
Do you constantly CRAVE sweets & starchy foods?
If you answer yes to any one of the following, you are a “carboholic”:
• While eating one meal, are you planning your next?
• Do you plan your vacations around what you will be eating?
• Is your answer to outgrowing your pants to buy pants with elastic
• When you realized you were getting too big to look at yourself
in the mirror, you stopped looking?
• You’d rather eat than do almost anything else?
Don't Despair... We can help!
the Power of PEOs (the truly Essential EFAs)!
Dr. Cavallino’s study from Italy showing the energizing
/ reducing carbohydrate cravings results from our EFA
recommendations utilizing more unadulterated parent omega 6 than parent
omega 3 when used with a lower carbohydrate/higher natural fat diet:
Shows EFAs Eliminate Constant Carbohydrate Cravings, Reduce Appetite
and Increase Energy and Alertness
Most Beautiful Women in the World,”
pageant Nutritionist and Weight loss specialist, Dr. Stephen Cavallino,
M.D. performed an 8-week experiment with 10 patients who followed a
higher protein/lower carbohydrate diet. The experiment compared certain
physical manifestations, both prior to taking Parent Essential Oils
(PEOs) and during PEO supplementation, based on the guidelines in [Prof. Brian's Peskin's work].
patients were initially “carbohydrate addicts.” Four
weeks prior to starting PEO supplementation, all patients were instructed
in the value of a higher protein/lower carbohydrate diet... All patients were on this higher protein/lower
carbohydrate diet for a minimum of 4 weeks BEFORE PEO supplementation.
All patients were on a higher protein/lower carbohydrate diet before
and after EFA supplement
Patients were given a PEO formulation based on Prof. Peskin's recommendation
All patients suffered from carbohydrate addiction
Total patients — 10, consisting of eight women and two men
patients agreed to collaborate knowing that many foods were not permitted
for the whole 8 weeks (4 weeks without the PEO supplement and 4 weeks
with them). They agreed not to consume fruit, pasta, pizza, rice, sweets,
soda or soft drinks. They all orally took 2 capsules (725 mg ea) twice
a day (3 gram total) using Professor* Peskin’s PEO recommendations.
Patients were asked to rate their responses to the regimen using four
criteria, indicated by 1-4 asterisks:
* = poor/no response;
Two ** = fair response;
Three *** = good response; and
Four **** = excellent response.
the EFAs, all patients (100%) suffered from intense carbohydrate cravings
and suffered lack of energy. Eighty percent (80%) of patients suffered
from constant hunger. This
was in spite of the fact all patients consumed a higher protein/lower
carbohydrate diet for at least 30 days prior to PEO supplementation.
After PEO supplementation began, these results were observed:
The average patient felt well and more at ease facing the higher
protein/lower carbohydrate diet.
Overall appetite reduced in all 10 patients; all
noted a GOOD to EXCELLENT response, with 50% rating an EXCELLENT
Carbohydrate cravings were reduced in all 10 patients; 9
people rated this reduction EXCELLENT — huge 100% success.
Energy and alertness increased in all 10 patients: this
was an EXCELLENT response — huge 100% success.
Weight loss goal was reached in all 10 patients.
results were achieved. I am positive about and thankful for Professor
Peskin’s assistance in showing scientifically that most carbohydrates
are bad in relation to promoting certain illnesses, and that
PEOs are essential for good health with the objective to help
us all to lose weight without suffering. I was able to obtain excellent
results adding the PEO supplementation program.”

Engineering Science Review
compare the 10 patients’ ratings with PEO supplementation
to their ratings without PEO supplementation, a Wilcoxon signed rank
test was carried out comparing the differences. The Wilcoxon signed
rank test found that on all three measures (appetite reduction,
carbohydrate craving, and energy and alertness), there was
a statistically higher (more positive) response when patients were taking
the Plan’s PEOs compared to when they were not taking
PEOs. This statistical difference was highly significant
(S=27.5, p=0.002).* All analyses were carried out using SAS
software version 9.1 (SAS Institute, Cary, NC, USA).
PEOs, everyone’s weight-loss goal was accomplished! Life-Systems
Engineering Science demands at least an 80% success rate for protocol
effectiveness. Utilizing the miraculous power of a proper PEO formulation,
this level of effectiveness was achieved in decreasing carbohydrate
cravings along with decreasing overall appetite. Energy
increased in 100% of patients. PEOs’ capability to increase
energy and decrease carbohydrate cravings and help naturally fulfill
the appetite is unleashed within a mere 30 days.
Three separate analyses were run: one for each measure of interest.
The reason the three statistics all come out the same is that we are
running a “signed rank” test, and this test involves ranking
the differences in the subjects’ ratings. With all three categories,
the summed ranks work out to the same value since all subjects on all
measures gave a higher rating with PEOs. We never had a case in which
someone gave a lower rating or even the same rating for the time-point
with EFA supplementation. Therefore, the signed ranks never were negative
or 0 and the sum of the signed ranks ended up the same in each case.
The bottom line: all analyses were highly significant.
why, contrary to popular belief, unadulterated Parent Omega-6
is important for weight loss: The Full Story You Haven’t Heard
Parent Omega-6 Increases Weight Loss: Known In 1973!
have already read about Doctor Cavallino’s experiment with “carboholics”
in Italy. I have long been aware of the remarkable power of the correct
unadulterated Parent Omega-6 to 3 ratio in decreasing carbohydrate cravings.
However, even I had never seen the following medical journal article.
I sincerely thank Canadian David Macphail for sending it to me. All
the way back in 1973, H. Kasper, M.D. proved there is an effect of greater
weight loss and better blood chemistry, too, when parent omega-6 is
added to the diet — REGARDLESS of CALORIES.
is what the study states:
a higher total caloric intake, the weight-reducing effect clearly equals
that of a standard clinical reducing diet of 1,000 kcal [even though
patients consumed significantly more food].
maximal weight loss was achieved in cases 1, 2, and 15 when they were
taking fats high in linoleic acid [parent omega-6].
“It was striking to observe that the weight gain did
not correlate with the caloric intake. Particularly if fat was
given in the form of corn oil [high in Parent Omega-6], a distinct
discrepancy between the caloric intake and the response of the body
weight was detectable.
“This phenomenon was less conspicuous if fat was taken in the
form of olive oil.
“ If fat was exchanged isocalorically for glucose [carbohydrates],
the weight loss ceased.
“The cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations in the serum,
which had been raised at the beginning of the experiment, invariably
showed a tendency towards normalization under this dietary program.”
Engineering Science Commentary
This experiment proves that the “calorie theory” is incorrect
and that there is much more to the picture than merely “calories
in minus calories used equals weight gain.”
2. The Parent Omega-6 oil has a natural weight-loss property, whereas
olive oil does not.
3. When carbs were switched “calorie-for-calorie,” for fat,
weight loss STOPPED. Once again, we clearly see the “low-fat /
hi-carbohydrate diet” failing!
4. Triglyceride and cholesterol significantly improved with the low
carbohydrate/Parent Omega-6. We have a home-run!

Essential Oils (PEOs): The DIFFERENCE
EFA-based recommendations differ from others and the reasons is simple but significant. The term “Essential Fatty
Acids” is being misused so frequently that Prof. Peskin was compelled to
coin a new phrase, Parent Essential Oils (PEOs).
term “Parent Essential Oils” refers to the only two true essential fatty acids: Parent Omega-6 (LA) and Parent Omega-3 (ALA).
The term “Parent” is used because these are the whole, unadulterated
form of the only two essential fats your body demands, as they occur
PEOs are consumed your body changes only a small percentage of them—about
5%—into other biochemicals called “derivatives,” while
leaving the remaining 95% in parent form.
is crucial to understand. There are a host of Omega-6 and Omega-3 oils
being sold as "EFAs" that are not EFAs, but rather nonessential
derivatives such as EPA, DHA, and GLA. Fish oils are made up
almost exclusively of Omega-3 derivatives. Scientifically and biochemically,
considering derivatives such as EPA, DHA and GLA to be“EFAs”
is wrong. Derivatives are not EFAs because they are not essential—your
body has the ability to make them as needed. Our research has
shown that supplementing with the derivatives so commonly found in the
marketplace and mislabeled as “EFAs” can easily be harmful
to your health.
make the common “EFA mistake” by unknowingly substituting
derivatives for parents! Since the term has become so confused by so
many it is time to focus on the essence of what they are and why they
are so vital to our health and well being. Understanding how PEOs work
is essential to your daily nutritional regimen.
Sometimes cravings are emotional, but most of the time they are Real Biological Cravings!
of us crave food all the time even if we eat constantly and should be full and satisfied. Why? In our
opinion, the answer is simple. Food processing alters vital nutrients
to increase food’s longevity, keeping your hunger switch constantly
“ON.” They get rich, you get fat. Now, we can fight back
with the “secret weapon,” PEOs (Parent Essential Oils).
right. It’s PEOs to the rescue. Cravings, often leading to over-eating,
make us desire certain foods, usually carbohydrates–and lots of
them! Our research shows that this organic desire is caused by
a nutritional deficiency. For many people this constant real hunger
is often conquered with PEOs.
are vital to help stop those hunger pains that occur when your body
is deprived of essential nutrients. PEOs help your body feel energized because your body will finally be able to
increase oxygen transfer to each of your 100 trillion cells, and your
cravings may finally start to “take a hike.”
